Parent/Teacher interviews
Hello Enver Families,
This is a reminder of the upcoming parent teacher conferences that will be taking place on Thursday April 24th from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 5:00 – 6:30pm. A few things to note:
- Ensure that you have the correct teacher when booking a meeting. We have a number of teachers with the same surname.
- Go to your child’s MyED account if you don’t know your child’s teachers’ names. If you have forgotten your MyEd password, please email envrportal@surreyschools.ca
- If you cannot book a meeting with a specific teacher, contact them via email to schedule a different day and time that works for both parties. Staff emails can be found on our website: /envercreek/page/8200/staff-directory
Below and attached are the booking instructions with an active link to the online booking portal.
School Appointments – Parent Instructions:
- Go to our school appointments web site for your school:
- Login or you can register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.
- Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a student" button. Click the "Insert New" button to add more children.
- Click the "date" icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the "View Calendars" button. Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
- Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
