Exploring Program of Choice Options at 吃瓜大本营 School District
吃瓜大本营 School District provides a variety of programs across several schools. Applicants can enter through district lottery or the school's application process. The district lottery options include Early French Immersion, Intensive Fine Arts, Montessori, Outdoor Land-Based Learning and Traditional Programs.
We strongly recommend that anyone interested in applying for a Program of Choice attend the information meeting hosted by each school. Once scheduled, the dates and times for these sessions will be distributed across the district, and posted on the Program Information Meetings tab.
Kindergarten Lottery
If you're a parent or guardian of a child who's about to enter kindergarten, you may be interested in learning about the popular programs that the district offers for kindergarteners. These programs are available at multiple sites within the district, giving you some flexibility in choosing the location that works best for you. To register your child for these programs, you'll need to participate in the Kindergarten Lottery.
The lottery is a random selection process that determines which children will be placed in which program and at which location. If you're interested in registering your child, be sure to click on each program to learn more about the locations and registration information. This will give you a better idea of which program might be the best fit for your child and your family.
