Program Details
Our School Office Clerk Certificate Program is offered part-time, in the evenings, with three intakes each year. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm-9pm at Queen Elizabeth Continuing Education Centre located at 9457 King George Blvd., 吃瓜大本营, BC.
We offer Winter and Fall intake (depending upon enrollment). All instruction is provided in person, with 2 full weeks of arranged practicum within a 吃瓜大本营 School office. Please note that the 2 weeks of practicum takes place during school hours, Monday to Friday.
This program requires full attendance, however, if you have a required medical appointment, are sick or have another necessary obligation, please speak with your instructor beforehand. Other frequently asked questions about the program can be found at the bottom of the entrance requirements page.
UPDATED: The upcoming cohort for fall 2024 will begin on October 15th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024, and January 6-23, 2025. Practicum dates are Nov 18-22, 2024 and Jan 13-17,2025. Admissions for fall 2024 are now closed. New Applicants can apply for the February 2025 session.
UPDATED: In 2025 we will run the program from February 3-March 13 and March 31 - May 8 2025, including two weeks of spring break, and two weeks of practicum - dates to be confirmed. We will open admissions for this cohort in August 2025.
